Beach House Wall Décor – Shell & Stone Artwork with a Flower

Description

This one-of-a-kind artwork began along the beaches of Cyprus, where I carefully gathered each shell, pebble, and piece of seaglass by hand. The three beautifully ridged shells that form the flower petals were discovered washed ashore by the Mediterranean Sea, their warm golden tones shaped and preserved by nature. The smooth stones at the base were also collected from the shoreline, naturally rounded and softened over time by waves and sand.

The deep green seaglass leaves were tumbled smooth by the sea, their frosted surfaces carrying the quiet story of years spent beneath the water. Each piece was chosen individually for its shape, balance, and harmony within the composition!

Back in my studio, I thoughtfully arranged these natural treasures into a simple botanical design. The shells bloom upward from a grounded pebble base, while a hand-drawn stem adds movement and delicacy to the piece. The combination of organic textures and fine illustration creates a gentle contrast between nature and art.

This artwork celebrates the beauty of found objects and the peaceful simplicity of coastal life. Every element has been shaped first by the sea and then carefully composed by hand, making this piece entirely unique!

The last two photos were taken under direct sunlight to show how the sea glass transforms with light, becoming richer in tone and beautifully translucent when illuminated.
