Description

Use them as a heat pad for relaxation or to help relieve the pain of aching muscles and joints or put them in the freezer and use as cold pads to relieve tension, headaches, fever, aching tendons, sunburn or inflammation.

Ideal to soothe gas, colic pain and upset stomach in Babies and Toddlers.

The linseed/ flax seed inside these pillows are great for holding onto heat or cold for an extended period.

We may add lavender or scent it with essential oil of your favorite scent and benefit its therapeutic power upon request.

Cold or Hot: You can make a hot pack or a cold pack with by following the directions below.

HEAT Instructions: Heat them by pressing them with a hot iron or place pillow in the Microwave for 50 – 70 seconds, depending on the strength of your Microwave.

Important note: make sure that the pillow is completely dry before you put it in the microwave.

Warning: Please do not leave longer in the microwave as it may burn the fabric and destroy the eye pillow.

COOL Instructions: Place the pillow in a plastic bag, preferably a zip lock and leave in the freezer for about 1-2 hrs before using. You can keep them in the freezer between each use, if only used as cold pads

CARE and Washing: The pillow is coming with a pillowcase that can be washed in the washing machine.

The pillow itself is Spot Wash only. Spot clean with a damp towel soap, and water or oxygen cleaner. Allow drying completely before using again.
