INVITATION: idea – illustration & design of final invitation + printing (50-120 Invitations)
THANK YOU CARDS (for the boboniera/sweet treat or elsewhere – could be little cards/stickers etc): idea – illustration & design + printing (50-150 Thank You Cards)
SITTING PLAN (I would need the names – people – tables in alphabetical order in a word doc. – could be on Α3 layout or any other printed form that we would discuss further): idea – illustration & design + printing
TABLES’ NUMBERS (that they would suit with tables’ centerpiece): idea – illustration & design + printing (10-25 Tables’ Numbers)
PLACEMATS (print outs that would be placed underneath the plates on the tables, for each seating): idea – illustration & design + printing (100-200 Placemats)

*Illustrations are all handmade and we are in communication during all the process – I inform you about everything for the best and most beautiful-fairytalish result! 🙂
**Maximum size of all the physical printed stationery is A3.

PROCESS

Place your order to save you a seat in my working calendar.

E-mail as many possible images/written info of your concept/idea/thoughts, exact quantities, ideal sizes and text that will go on the actual stationery at the end, to antigone.pieri@gmail.com.

Include baby’s name and gender, personal favourite things, colours, the special day’s outfits and events, decor, details etc (THE DIFFERENCE IS IN THE LITTLE DETAILS – NOTHING IS INSIGNIFICANT IF YOU VALUE IT ;)), in relation to the project + send images(if you have any).

Then, I will send a brief of the concept and a rough pencil sketch idea of the invitation illustration firstly, for approval. One round of revisions is included in this phase. Additional revisions are totally available with a small fee.

We will talk + decide on colors and I will color the illustration. Please note that due to the nature of these illustrations, which are 100% done by hand, big changes to the composition cannot be made once the illustration is painted. Only small revisions to the color + overall layout can be made.

The final illustrated invitation design will go for printing – I will supervise the whole process until the physical invitations are ready, carefully packed + sent to you.
At the same time I will send you a high-resolution JPG file of your digital invitation for your convenience.

*Same will follow for the rest of the stationery, Thank you Cards, Sitting Plan, Tables’ Numbers and Placemats.

DELIVERY

Usually, due to the overload of creative soulful projects and variable shipping, you can expect to receive your stationery + digital files 1.5 – 2 months after submitting your order. If you need this by a specific date, please e-mail me at antigone.pieri@gmail.com, before purchase. I promise to make my very best effort to accommodate you.

The original physical products will be sent to your mailing address + the digital high-resolution JPG files will be emailed to you, ready for sharing on the web.

TERMS OF USE

The artist (that would be me), retains the rights to the artworks and designs. The client, (that would be you) is given a full license to use + reproduce the commissioned illustrations/designs for PERSONAL purposes only. The artworks and digital files cannot be altered in any way, shape or form by another designer or resold.

Custom/Personalised art for COMMERCIAL use (blog + logos + merchandising) can be quoted upon request.
